Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a passion for AI technologies and a proven track record in B2B sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our AI services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and marketing—to ensure Master Labs remains at the forefront of AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
  • Identify emerging trends, market shifts, and customer needs in AI and related industries.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
2. Sales & Pipeline Management
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop relationships with potential clients across multiple sectors.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create winning proposals and deliver compelling presentations.
3. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
  • Identify and establish partnerships with other technology providers and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements to expand Master Labs’ offerings and reach.
4. Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with technical teams to gather feedback and ensure client requirements are being met.
5. Collaboration & Communication
  • Align with Product and Engineering teams to accurately position new AI solutions in the market.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns, sales collateral, and thought leadership content.
  • Present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting business development outcomes, revenue forecasts, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or similar advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience, preferably in AI, software, or technology services.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets within technology-focused markets.
  • Technical Aptitude: Fundamental understanding of AI services, machine learning, and data analytics. A genuine curiosity about emerging tech trends.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to manage contract negotiations and close complex deals with C-level executives.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Able to translate technical value propositions into business benefits.
  • Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and cultivating high-value customer relationships.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
  • Previous experience launching AI-driven products or services in global markets.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in data and AI.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to evaluating sales performance.
